Job Summary:
ASA Security is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and control functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
– Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditure to ensure financial health
– Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
– Oversee credit control team
– Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
– Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
– Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
– Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial systems

Requirements:
– Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
– Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and regulatory requirements
– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
