A user on X named #AdegbolaJohn3 claimed that the woman had entered the hostel with her daughter and attacked her daughter’s roommate, tagging prominent figures including Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the LASU Vice-Chancellor, and the Lagos State Commissioner for Education, urging them to take action.

The post gained significant traction, reportedly reaching around 38,000 views by Friday, with users discussing the incident and expressing concern about student safety and proper conduct in university accommodations.
