President Tinubu commends Super Eagles, urges for World Cup qualification

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated the Super Eagles of Nigeria, over a victory against Cheetah of Benin Republic, and urges for a qualification in the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup.

This was contained in a statement made by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the President. The President lauds the Super Eagles for the demonstration of hunger, passion and determination at the stadium in Uyo.
