In terms of travel options, the embassy pointed out that Israel’s Ministry of Tourism has initiated shuttle services to specific locations, including the Taba Border Crossing. “Passengers intending to reach Jordan can take the shuttle to Eilat and then continue to the Yitzhak Rabin Border Crossing by taxi.”
Shuttle buses will be available at designated meeting points throughout the country, such as the parking lot at Herzliya Train Station. However, the embassy also warned that it cannot guarantee safety. “We cannot endorse or discourage the Ministry of Tourism’s shuttle service. If you decide to use this option to leave, the US government cannot assure your safety,” it stated.
Assistant Secretary Mora Namdar urged Americans to leave immediately from the affected countries using available commercial transportation due to significant safe ty concerns.
