Value Jet to launch flights from Gateway airport by October 7

Value Jet airline prepares to start operating two weekly flights on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Gateway International Airport (GWI) in Ogun State, commencing on Thursday, October 7.

According to an official statement released by Hon Kayode Akinmade, Special Adviser on Media and strategy, Ogun State, the launch follows the recent approval from regulatory authorities for the modern airport.

“According to the flight timetable, Value Jet will run services on the GWI-Abuja route, with departures from GWI at 8:30 AM and arrivals in Abuja at 9:45 AM every Tuesday and Thursday. For the return journey, flights will leave Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja at 4 PM, arriving back at GWI at 5:15 PM.

“The airline has announced that tickets will be available starting Thursday, September 25, for purchase online, through travel agents, and at ticket counters at GWI.
