Dino SC end Atlantic Business’ unbeaten home streak

Dino Sporting Club secured a hard-fought victory over an impressive Atlantic Business side in Sunday’s TCC League encounter.

Atlantic Business went into the game boasting the best home record in the league, having scored 19 goals and conceded none in five matches on their own ground. With an average of almost four goals per home game, the hosts were expected to pose a stern test.

Dino, however, arrived in confident mood after scoring six goals across their previous two outings, and coach Godwin Gibson’s side showed they would not be overawed by Atlantic’s formidable home form.

The contest lived up to expectations in a tightly contested first half, which ended goalless. Chances were limited as both defences held firm.

The breakthrough came after the interval, when Adamu produced a fine solo effort to give Dino Sporting Club the lead against the side sitting second in the table.

That goal proved decisive as Dino held on to claim all three points. The win means Dino Sporting Club have now recorded back-to-back league victories in 2026, following last week’s success against Valiant FC.
