Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, has been honored with the traditional title of Sarauniyar Yaki, which means Queen Warrior, by the Akko Emirate in Gombe State. This recognition comes as a tribute to her dedication to advocating for the vulnerable throughout the country. The title was presented to her by the Lamido Akko, Alhaji Umar Muhammad Atiku, during her recent two-day visit to the state.

During her time in Gombe, the First Lady will also launch the Renewed Hope Initiative Flow With Confidence, a key program focused on menstrual health for school girls.
