The Special Assistant to President Tinubu on Social Media, Olusegun Dada, has appreciated the delegates and participants of the recently concluded Progressive Digital Media Summit held in Aso Rock, Abuja.

From the bottom of our hearts, we extend a huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and contributed to making this inaugural event an overwhelming success.”
He added that the large turnout and engagement the summit had at home and abroad showed that it was long overdue. He said, “Your presence and enthusiasm for the message of “Renewed Hope” have been a powerful testament to the impact of strategic, meaningful communication.”

Dada recalled that President Tinubu delivered a clear and compelling message at the Summit that will serve as a guiding principle to the participants. The Lagos Voice reported that Tinubu, in his address, urged the participants to verify every information before they share it on social media.
Dada said, “Verify before you amplify; this call to action resonates deeply with the core of our work.”

The President’s S.A. on Social Media, while acknowledging the success of the summit, also admitted the setbacks that occurred.
He said, “While the summit was a great success, we acknowledge that there were some operational lapses. For this, we sincerely apologize. Please know that these challenges were a valuable learning experience for our team. We are already taking notes and committing to making our future events even more seamless and impactful.”

Dada urged all the delegates, influencers, strategists and supporters who attended the summit to keep the momentum up. “Continue to be the dedicated soldiers committed to the cause of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and our great party, the All Progressives Congress. Your efforts are the bedrock of our success, and your loyalty is the fuel for our progress”, he concluded.
